Made with Garnacha, Merlot and Syrah and aged in American oak barrels to offer elegance, exquisite flavour and balance. An ideal option to accompany game and red meats.
Cherry red. Elegant in the nose, with notes of red fruit that are well assembled with the wood of the barrel. Flavoursome, smooth and well-balanced as it slides over the palate.
Serving temperature: 16-18 ºC.
Pairing: stews, game, red meats, roast dishes and cured cheese.
Macerated and fermented in stainless steel tanks for ten days at a temperature of 26-28ºC. Aged in American oak barrels for eight months.
