Produced with Garnacha, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, carefully treated throughout the entire wine-making process, this gran reserva is a unique wine experience destined for the most demanding of palates
Ruby red covered with a layer of brick-red hues. Generous range of aromatic nuances brimming with complexity; noble wood, balsamic sensations and hints of leather. Flavourful, with a spicy background and a finish leaving pleasant memories.
Serving temperature: 18-19 ºC.
MPairing: stews, baby lamb, game, red meats, roast dishes and cured cheese.
Macerated and fermented in stainless steel tanks for fifteen days at a temperature of 26-28ºC. Aged in American oak barrels for twenty months before resting in bottles for a further 38 months.

Ageing: minimum of 18 months in the barrel, with subsequent ageing in the bottle.
