Young aromatic and flavoursome red wine that combines the best of the three grape varieties (Garnacha, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon), making it the perfect companion for any meal featuring roast dishes, white meats and sausages cooked on the grill.
Cherry red with garnet and violet tones; clean and bright. Nose: fine and elegant aromas, with notes of ripe red fruits on a floral background. Fresh, flavoursome and very full in the mouth, with friendly tannins and an elegant finish.
Serving temperature: 16-18 ºC.
Pairing: oily fish, roast dishes, white meats and sausages cooked on the grill.
Macerated and fermented in stainless steel tanks for eight days at a temperature of 26-28ºC.
