Its limited period of ageing in American oak barrels gives it the intensity typical of the most elegant and well-balanced red wines. Garnacha and Syrah come together here to leave some very pleasant sensations on the palate.
Dark cherry red. Intense aromas of red fruits with balsamic notes. Fine and elegant in the mouth, a full, well-balanced wood and tannin passage. Very nice.
Serving temperature: 16-18 ºC.
Pairing: stews, game, red meats, roast dishes and cured cheese.
Macerated and fermented in stainless steel tanks for ten days at a temperature of 26-28ºC. Aged in American oak barrels for three months.
