Raspberry red with violet tones; clean and bright. Strong aromas with notes of red fruits layered on fresh and pleasant floral sensations. Fresh and flavoursome on the palate, with a cheerful, well-integrated acidity; fleshy and generous in its passage leaving a wonderful finish.
Serving temperature: 5-8 ºC.
Pairing: starters, rice dishes, pasta, oily fish and white meats.
Macerated for six hours before fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 14-16ºC.
